No one *wants to leave CA, but the affordability is the thing. The billionaires in CA need to help pay public school teachers more by allowing themselves be taxed at all and at a higher rate. No strings attached to the $ they provide.

Just don't even consider TN as a choice. It's intentional this state scores at the bottom for YEARS in education, healthcare, and environmental protections. TN laws only protect corporations and the gov't itself, but not its citizens. You rarely hear of a citizen winning any lawsuit.
