Anthem’s HMO Colorado clarified Thursday that it doesn’t plan to pull large numbers of plans from the individual health insurance market, but said the state’s tardiness in approving rates forced the insurer to notify regulators it could.

Anthem is a horrible company backed by bcbs. They have a stupid high denial rate. There's better coverage on Medicaid in most states

I’m not eligible for health insurance subsidies but have no problem paying income taxes to help those who are. The attached is why I vote Blue & appreciate living in a state that helps people obtain health insurance. 20,000 people is a lot who would otherwise have no coverage.
