The VA hospital called me today to schedule my biannual eye exam for February 2025. Am I being cynical for thinking there may not be a VA then? If not, at least I won't have to look at that clown Trump's picture in the lobby. Gotta look on the bright side! 😁 #SupportOurVeterans

Well, some good news. Sen. Todd Young (R-IN) has now said he will not vote for Pete Hegseth for DOD. My Subaru seats 6. I have volunteered to drive folks to protest if they try cutting the VA, Social Security or Medicare.

I don't know, Feb might be ok but I have done nothing but think about the Veterans, all of us young and old. For food, medicine, medical. He doesn't give a damn about any of it unless it benefits him! 😡🍊🤡
I don’t think they can work to dismantle everything that quickly. After all, this is US bureaucracy we’re talking about. Now if your appointment was in May or later, then maybe.
