Man, this is the defining issue of the next ten years, and it could explode any second. A million homeless, probably five million more just one small financial hiccup away--any a large % of those have full time jobs.

It is a problem. My first thought was they actually hit a real problem for once but I still don’t like him using emergency powers for everything.
