When I’m overstimulated I feel like a buzzing and now I know when this happens that I have to control everything I have to (like secure my dog) then pause and go into my centre, deep breathe, & ground myself. Then when I recover, I feel pretty good. When its cPTSD it’s different. I feel unsettled
