Yikes, if supplement doesn't help ask for b12 shot from doctor. And look up/practice 'radical rest.' My friend got tested a month ago and her inflammation was so high (>double normal numbers) he retested to confirm. Last year my white cells were cratered for 8 months after Covid. Be safe!

He does have autoimmune, so that is a likely factor. He has gotten shots that haven't yet helped. His iron is also out of whack.

I hope there's some resolution soon
