A ship matching URSA MAJOR visually and on AIS passed north under Great Belt bridge last night. No escort found.

There has been no Skagen standoff or anything similar indirectly visible on AIS. Ship movements around Yi Peng 3 has been ordinary and low intensity (still guarded though). So, the warship escorting SPARTA is seemingly not acting up like 3 weeks ago. bsky.app/profile/auon...

Russian military affiliated freighters URSA MAJOR and SPARTA are sofar heading the same way, maybe even the unidentified warship is with them? Stated destination: Port Said, Egypt and Vladivostok, Russia. More likely destination: Russian naval base, Tartus, Syria.

Hello and good morning. It's a little bit off-topic, but just a moment ago, two ships has crashed in the Kerch straight. ("Volgoneft 212" sunk) I tried to find something at Vesselfinder, but it seems, there is a huge problem (I don't believe all the ships are in a huge moshpit on land-side.)

AIS for that area is largely pointless. To much spoofing, jamming and other error sources.

Above was correct. Russian freighters SPARTA and URSA MAJOR are in company. And, they are escorted by corvette SOOBRAZITELNY. All of them spotted in English channel today. So, they are going armed to Syria pick up the pieces. Most likely. bsky.app/profile/jjdr...
