Quite a few VPN's offer a free version. One of the best rated ones is Proton. If you're on a PC/Laptop there are free VPN browser extensions in the web stores. Right now I'm on my PC using the Link VPN extension in Microsoft Edge browser and my IP is from the Dominican Republic.
