We all are aware. But the reason they could do it was because the race was a statistical dead heat. If Harris had been +15 going in, they would not have pulled it off. There need to be numbers that beat the rigging…

The DOJ/FBI is not going to come in and make things fair. The 81 million who didn’t bother voting need to get off their asses this time.

Agreed. Then we are back to where we were with Biden: billionaires pay little to no taxes, middle class pays over 25% of their income straight off the top. No consumer protection laws, no laws regarding hedge funds buying single family residences, billion$ flowing to Israel, ICE raids....yipee.

What I'm getting at Blase is that it's either Revolution 2.0 or we will be right back at this horrible low or worse within a generation. Our system is terminal, it should not exist in 2025. It hurts the citizens that give the highest %, and welfare for the corporations. Not sustainable, not at all.

If people who had the right to vote had voted, there might not need to be a revolution. I am especially appalled at the under-30s who turned out in low proportion and are now sitting idle while Trump crushes their future. If they don't bother voting, are they really going to take to the streets? 1/

And, of course, that voting could get them candidates they want - not the old guard. Mamdani is exciting, but remember the NYC primary turnout was a miserable 23%, this with a criminal who did a deal with Trump to avoid prosecution (Adams) is a candidate. If the younger voters decide to 2/

post Tiktoks about how cool Mamdani is, but don't actually go to the polls and vote, Mamdani could actually lose. Lots of Magas in Queens and Staten Island. This is how democracy dies. 3/

Then we need an opposition candidate that people can be excited to vote for rather than being begrudgingly forced into voting for them
