I can't imagine mamy of the Guard personeel are keen on any of this. They didn't sign up to be locals cops, aren't trained in it, and don't want to be away from jobs and families at length. I'd guess a lot of Guard personnel will terminate their involvement with the Guard as soon as they are able.
