We’ve gotta stop this “you did not see him” nonsense, because it detracts from the responsibilities of those driving. The driver either “did not look” or “was impaired as a result to choosing to drive, whilst under the influence”.
Another judge who I hope gets karma. 3 year driving ban. What a joke.victim left with life altering injury. I bet the defence lawyer laughed about the outcome as well.
Life bans should be mandatory
