yeah, nobody i know who'd be covered by it uses it, and some outright hate it. i don't think i've heard it used outside of spods on Newsnight or in lib newspapers.

made for and by white British people. i remember when it was BME and my dad worked with/under that term (he was a teacher and then a county council employee). it's always been a mess.
