Israel as a culture has been around since just after the Bronze Age Collapse and the Jewish people have always been its indigenous inhabitants. Most Palestinians are descendants of Arab colonisers who came to settle in the region after 15 AH.

"As a culture" doesn't show relationship with the land. And Israel uses the same ecological model as the nazis You can't just point at a made up story and say ~indigenous~
they don’t fight this hard to go back to the parts of europe their families have lived for thousands of years.
…Geez, I wonder why so many Hewish people aren’t so eager to go back to Europe. I wonder, I wonder, I wonder…
if its really about reclamation of indigenous identity i don’t know either.
get his ass
Ah, Israel, ancient custodians and protectors of the holy land. If you zoom in you can count 14 earth movers digging up the Dead Sea (for export and sale of its mineral salts) in this one picture. I've never seen wholesale environmental destruction on the scale I saw every day I was there.
While a lot of the stories in the Tanakh are obviously folkloric/allegorical in nature and convey true ideas more than literal material truths, most archaeological evidence indicates that things described in the historical books of the Tanakh most likely happened close to how they are described.
And don't those stories straight up say that the children of Israel lost their shit rightfully because they failed in their mission Like even if I believed in your God. Bro said you fucked up and he took your shit as a consequence
Several times
1: Israelites won it by violent conquest by their very own account, not by indigeneity 2: they spent almost as much time exiled from that land as in it across most of their history until the Roman diaspora 3: Arabs literally have always been there as minorities (Herod, debatably Ruth)
Archeological study bears out that both Palestinian Jews and Palestinian Arabs have far more in common than apart, because as in most cases of conquest, the native population subsumes the conquering people not the other way around, both Jewish and Arab Palestinians are ethnic natives
The Arab conquest was as long ago as the conquest of the region by the Jews, give or take, so in pure calculus they have as good a claim, and the far more recent claim, than European or north African Jews, or even other levantine/near eastern Jewish populations
Even if they weren't, that does not give cause for conquest, any more than a Spaniard could claim ancestral right to southern Sweden as a goth, or an Englishman to Sicily as a norman you deeply silly person
