You're the one making the outrageous claim the the UK was uniquely non-transphobic before 2019. The burden of proof is on you. ;)
The closest thing I can think of to there being a transphobic law in the UK is that one law from 2014 requiring trans people to present photos of their pre-transition selves to be allowed to vote in elections, but that’s just, like, the most common sense thing ever when you start to think about it.
