Unless there is a thunderstorm, or high winds/tornado. Lightning will seek out a tall tree, so don't go there - find someplace low and curl up into a ball.

First thing this morning before the heat and wind kicked up I got out under the Maple out front to trim the branches hitting the house. Managed to avoid hitting myself with them as they fell and have spent the rest of the day inside where it's cool. Just inherited an acre with scores of trees = WORK
