Excellent work Ben! Does/will this include changes to allow " invalid carriages" (change that terminology for a start!) to use cycle lanes?

We can't be certain of that level of detail of the outcome of a process that involves real openness to influence by a wider group of #Disabled peoples organisations, but we've got no reason to think it won't be an outcome. Changing the terminology is certainly a VERY likely outcome.
