We would have to instruct our states and/or counties to send all paycheck deductions having to do with health care to such a regional health authority. Might be a little difficult, but no impossible. We have technology to help us with that.

They've traditionally been part of that for emergencies & medicare/medicaid patients. Still, while losing fed support is ofc a big detriment for the country as a whole, the fed is only part of the solution.

I tested positive for Covid. The cost for Paxlovid with my Humana Medicare plan was $350. Luckily the pharmacist suggested I call Pfizer and they gave it to me for $0. (Thank you Pfizer- I feel much better). They already do not want to pay and they will continue to make it hard for everyone.

Perhaps divert fed income taxes to pay for it.

Also, states are going to have to push to enshrine the separation of powers from the federal government or the regime will find ways to bypass it.
