iirc the Utah gov. Cox said the shooter's partner is/was (unsure of how to refer to their relationship tense) a trans woman who didn't know about her partner's plans and was cooperating with law enforcement per SLTrib. not sure I trust Cox of all people to be completely accurate wrt labels so idk 🤷‍♀️

yeah I’m aware of what Cox said, as far as I can tell the sole basis for this is “once the roommate used a TikTok filter that looked like a girl anime character” and “the other roommate said they were talking about a doctor appointment” (no information about what kind of doctor appointment) sooooooo
