I’ve read that only 1/3 of the people in Russia have running toilets 🚽 So, the rest have outhouses? Says a lot about their country and it’s leader!

Outside of big cities like Moscow, it's supposed to be very poor. But having not been myself, I can only rely on tv programs. This is probably why Putin can have a tight grip on power. Flatter the rich while working people are poorly educated and uninformed about other countries. Like tRump's doing
