Why should Uganda be a dumping country ,a country with its tones of problems now wants to receive those who have failed somewhere else ? President Museveni govt should know that this will backfire

Refugees for transaction or sale..that is how in 2015,Uganda accepted refugees from Israel,mostly of Sudan origin..it's a beautiful trade,paid billions to host them while mending strained diplomatic ties..The crux is,it only stocks to the rot already there
