This is horseshit. He felt he was being treated unfairly and unprofessionally and asked for a supervisor. Sovereign citizens don’t do that. Stop bending over backwards to justify excessive force.

Sorry you are incorrect. Watch some videos. Every SovCit stop, EVERY ONE, starts with complaining about the stop and denying doing anything wrong and questioning jurisdiction. EVERY ONE asks for a supervisor. EVERY ONE is given the order to get out over & over. Only then the window gets busted.

If you think being pulled over, saying "I don't think I broke the law because this doesn't make sense, can I speak to your supervisor?" is reason enough to smash in someone's window and violently throw them to the ground then I only wish for you the unjustified state violence you wish on others

By the way? He did follow the law as stated in Florida, and the cops lied on the report about the arrest, but don't let that get in the way of jerking yourself raw over racist cops "protecting and serving"

Well Fang, He wasn’t following the law. He was running the SovCit script. In EVERY STATE when asked to exit the vehicle that is a lawful order you must obey, Penn v Mimms, otherwise it’s obstruction & resisting. He was classic SovCit. Watch some videos. youtube.com/@vanbalion?s... BTW fuck you too

I meant when they pulled him over the cops told him it was because he didn't have his headlights on. The weather on the day in question was "clear with light rain," meaning he wasn't legally required to have his headlights on. He followed the law and asked for clarification from a supervisor.

I don't care if the law says the police have the right to smash in your window and violently throw you to the ground for sticking up for your own rights and innocence - the law should exist to protect the people, not enable cops to terrorise civilians. If you disagree you're a bootlicker, end of

The guy did nothing wrong, and yet the cops have carte blanche to just arrest him anyway? If that's what justice looks like to you then you're scum

Stop calling me names. You are uneducated on the problem with Sovereign Citizens. He did do something wrong. I hope you never get hit and injured by a Sovereign Citizen with no valid license. No insurance. No vehicle registration. Educate yourself on the movement before you defend them.

THIS GUY IS NOT A SOVCIT, he was arrested for not having his headlights on in a light shower! He questioned the stop, and was then assaulted! He didn't pull "I do not consent to the law," HE SIMPLY STOOD UP FOR THE FACT HE FOLLOWED THE LAW.

Hey, I agree that is what it looked like with the short video. But I have watched probably 100 of these videos. He sounds like a Sovereign Citizen. They all question the stop. They all ask for a supervisor. A lot refuse to get out of the car. When that happens the window is broken.

Maybe watching so many sovcit videos has poisoned your brain. Has it occurred to you that in your perspective sovcits are an acceptable target for state violence, and it's compromised your ability to judge when people are legitimately being brutalized by police?

Maybe you not knowing about the movement blinds you? I would love for the full video to be released, I bet they gave him ample chances to comply. I bet he refused to provide DL. I bet he refuse to identify. He HAS TO get out. SCOTUS Penn v Mimms. Do you get to choose which laws to obey? I don’t

I've known about the sovcit movement for over 10 years buddy, the fact you obviously can't recognize racist violence by cops is repulsive. I should make a point of never speaking to retirees man, every time I do it's agonizing

Oh you know about it. If you knew anything you would see there are multiple units there. That happens when they encounter a SovCit. Next time you get pulled over for anything try arguing the stop and refuse to get out of your car when ordered. Same thing would happen to you. Punching him was wrong …

Many times if they would just cooperate they would get a warning or a ticket to fight in court. I could not be more progressive & protest against police violence but Sovereign Citizens are a growing problem. They don’t believe in any laws. No license, no insurance, no registration. Except he didn’t “question jurisdiction.” Kind of a key Sovcit point that is missing here. And I don’t give a shit if he IS a sovcit. He was nonviolent. They had no justification for breaking his window, much less punching him repeatedly. The case you like to cite says getting out of the car is a
