Would be something if Ds could get the numbers and the fortitude (read: not Joe Manchin types) to actually impeach every Trump appointed judge, including on SCOTUS But that would require Ds taking the 80 on 80-20 issues, which apparently is anathema to many Ds on several issues.
Realistically they’ll never get over the 2/3 threshold in the Senate without doing things like making every major city in a red state its own independent state. A more realistic option is adding seats to courts and reorganizing them, and potentially stripping some areas of jurisdiction.
