I am having difficulty with my physical fitness. I have found that my physical fitness is significantly lower than that of a healthy, average person. I am not sure if this is due to fatigue from ADHD or bipolar disorder, or if I am naturally frail.

Long Covid?
this is very common in the fatigue disease that i have, ME/CFS. your experiences sound very familiar to mine. ME/CFS cannot be diagnosed through blood test. i tried to find something in 日本語 for more information, in case this might apply to you: mecfsj.wordpress.com
ME/CFS causes you to become worse if you use too much energy. in a healthy person, using lots of energy builds strength. it's more common in women, LGBT+ people, people with ADHD, etc. you might have it, or you might not have it. i wanted to make sure the information was there just in case
ME/CFS is a paradox. in order to become stronger and less frail, you have to rest
Thanks! I was having trouble building up my strength even after exercising and getting tired quickly. It may be a combination of various causes.
However, we want to overcome as much as possible. I want to reinforce my physical strength and at the same time be aware of the performance I can do without it. My body is like a Phosphophyllite.
I want to do what I want to do, but if I work too hard, it will break down. I have to reinforce it with something.
