I took an easy stroll for some fresh air and sun. Helps the lungs clear up. And combined with a hot shower on my return, it has equalised my humanity a little.

Yes, a few people have been very sick at my workplace. Fortunately, not literally in the office which is probably how I have dodged it.

same! the steroids will act quickly to address the bronchial inflammation - the main thing is not having any infection set in and necessitating antibiotics!
