This would be horrible for me. About 25% of our condo’s little back patio is occupied by a gas grill and a pellet smoker. Truly can’t remember the last time I cooked meat indoors.

Not sure how big your complex is, but try not to file a claim ever then. It happened when we had storm damage and then our former insurance dropped us. If we don't do this we're looking at an 80% increase in insurance costs and they said any new policy is requiring their removal.

I'm also a little spooked today after a similar condo building down the street caught fire yesterday and an explosion in my childhood neighborhood today after almost getting rear-ended by some cars racing each other up Antire Hill on I-44.
