I have been back less than 24 hours and the Porn Bots have tracked me down. Fortunately given that I refuse to accept the stupid OSA in the UK I have not verified my age, so I don't have DM's on here. (Yes I have a VPN, I've used one for the last 10 years)
I just block those and people selling crypto.
I get one or two occasionally, but most get blocked. I use this blocklist:

funnily enough, a VPN with a proxy located in the UK doesn't ask for the age verification, either 🤷
Probably only checking against IP address ranges owned by UK residential & mobile ISPs when looking for UK users which they have to apply the OSA to. VPN will be an IP address from whichever data centre they are hosted in.
They follow me, but they never interact.

One of the reasons I don't do the verification is it minimises the 'look at my tits' and 'see my huge cock' posts. The other of course is that I don't trust the process.
I used to get lots of that during my last few months on Twxtter but I've hardly seen anything on here.
