The scene where the General is yelling at the Guardsmen to lower their weapons was shocking. The Guard was called out to help people and the General shows up to find them with their guns aimed at citizens. It was disgraceful.
Very powerful. It was such a good reminder to see power used compassionately. He understood why people were taking things from stores, because they were not getting their needs met. They were trying to survive and help each other survive. Institutions were failing them. So many lessons for us today.
