Funny you mention “a few bad apples” as if the problem is only an handful of Dems when the saying is “a few bad apples spoils the bunch”. The whole point is recognizing that it’s NOT just the “few bad apples”, but rather that the rot inevitably spreads with no exceptions
Huh? No, I think you misunderstand me. am saying that's how the Bulwarks talk about the Republican Party. They hold themselves apart from responsibility for Trump because they claim he was never what they, purist conservatives, represented. It was just those other guys--so they say!!
