If you were shopping at Tesco completely normally and a shop assistant came over and went 'erm, don't you be stealing' would you feel A- weirded out B- offended C- confused D- Fine with it Now, what you'll say is "id be fine with it" and that'd be a lie. You know it's weird.

A more relevant comparison would be if Tesco reminded you that you had to leave the store 15 minutes before you have to leave. Oh, they do that? And are you offended/alienated when they do?
