do feel like there's a general snap back a little to people wanting to actually touch and see stuff before they buy. We're never going back to the old high street but people are starting to notice there isn't anyone anywhere anymore. Ate in a fast food chain the other day. No staff. Only screens.

Retail in UK is slowly coming back with the idea of creating more of an experience. For years they’ve been talking about destination retail but Battersea was the last gasp of that concept. Simply put people want to do stuff other than browse product: so you have to put more into it

(IMHO retail is now under priced in some sectors & offers great leverage opportunities where it isn’t already over leveraged)
