It feels pretty rude to get COVID in 2025. It feels even ruder to get COVID while you're at a conference so you have to spend the weekend in a hotel room.

Covid never went anywhere. We are at the beginning of the 11th large wave of this virus. People are still dying and getting Long COVID. There is no immunity to this virus.
