This reporting is great, however it leaves out that many dr’s offices cannot give COVID shots because they never got approval to store them. Because pharmacies were always the distribution method. My dr does do COVID shots. My kids peds office does not. So it won’t be as simple as go to your dr.

Excellent overview of the situation. The risk to health care workers and caregivers alarms me in particular. Our health care systems, especially in rural areas, are so stressed right now. If HCWs in hospitals or nursing homes start being out short-term or long term, the whole system could collapse.
