The Texas bias against minorities is so extreme and so obvious that is serious red line. This a test for the courts and I don't know if they hold the line or not. I also don't know if the courts hold and say no, will that stop Trump from delaying or cancelling the election?

The solution is to elect Representatives at large. That’s how many states did it until the 1960’s, when districts became imperative for the explicit purpose of making Gerrymandering possible. Let candidates of both parties run at large.
