I don’t believe the framers had in mind these super weapons. You have no more constitutional right to own one as you do a machine gun, a tank or artillery

“Arms” is a wide open term. NUCLEAR ARMS could technically fall into that category. The entire 2A needs to be rewritten to reflect the 21st century.

Muskets & flintlocks… and a “…well regulated militia…”. 200+yrs later, we have police, Nat’l Guard & Armed Forces — militias & the original 2A are antiquated (in need of a SERIOUS revision).
