Well, the Supreme Court said he could declare a War when there is no war, so I'm sure John Roberts will be fine with Trump declaring martial law when there is no known threat. But at least then, we'll have a reason. 🤷🏻♀️

Paul, I’m glad to see those “facts” were deleted because SCOTUS decision here was not simply moving where detainees bring cases from DC to Texas. It’s a horrific shameful decision decided in the shadow docket w/o light despite the consequences of disappearing any of us to a concentration camp.

It "involves" the prisoners in El Salvador because the Supreme Court lifted Judge Boasberg's pause in sending Venezuelans to the concentration camp there and SCOTUS placed a stay ("paused")on the midnight deadline for the return of the Maryland Dad sent there illegally. Which is a huge deal for him.
