Why aren't more of those state cases of Fake Electors being prosecuted at the state level??

The judicial branch in GA and the seditious 6 on the SCOTUS put an end to them because the Republicans are allowed to get away with fraud and attempted coups.

💯💯! Yes, the Roberts Court is an Insurrection accomplice. And I know GA Republicans derailed Fani Willis case. But AZ, Michigan, Wisconsin all have Democratic Attorneys General and should be prosecuting these people. Maybe I missed it?? 🤷🏻♀️

I don't know about the other two but WI had a right wing State Supreme Court and legislature at the time so there was no point in trying to hold them accountable.

They did have a civil settlement against Trump's unlawful henchmen in Wisconsin in 12/2023. The criminal charges were still pending as of 12/2024. May never be tried but have not yet been dismissed. www.law.georgetown.edu/icap/our-pre....
