You'd agree that she wasn't leaking anything, as Kennedy claimed. Also, isn't she senior enough to speak to Senators? She's the head of a big agency.

The idea that the director the CDC is barred from speaking to a Senator who has oversight responsibilities over said agency is utterly ridiculous. How is the Senate supposed to be informed when the Secretary of HHS is behaving in a reckless manner that will literally do harm to the nation?
