Correct! Because we need silencers to hunt or go target shooting, or for home defense??? Like we need full auto and "bump"stocks? Uhhhh I don't see it. The only ones who "need" that junk are hit men and terrorists.

Get ear plugs or ear muffs then. That's what I've always used, ever since Basic Training. For everything from .22 and 5.56mm, on up.

Yeah, you're still hurting your hearing. They're literally just mufflers for guns. As you can see this man has hearing protection and a silencer and it's still loud

You got me there - My hearing is FUCKED. The high frequency hearing is just gone (the old "I hear fine as long as there's no background noise") . So, you may have a point after all.

The man who invented the silencer invented the car muffler. The thing is all a silencer does is reduce the bite. It's great for hunting, target shooting and it's mindful of others that aren't behind the gun.
