I think he's putting himself in the way on purpose so that they can all keep their jobs. You know, as the Democratic party is wont to do.

Never that for me, he was never really inspiring enough for me to think he could successfully run for president, even when I met him back in 2012. However, I was genuinely excited for him to be speaker after so many years of Pelosi. Now I do not care. He needs to go.
