Just following orders, won't cut it in a court of law.

It does if it was a lawful order.

Respectfully, placing National Guard members on duty in American cities is unconstitutional and accordingly each Guard has a duty to honour their oath and disobey said orders.

Wrong. The National Guard can be deployed anywhere under the President's discretion and disobeying a lawful order is a court martial offense.

Respectfully the President is violating the Constitution by deploying the NG therefore it is not a 'lawful order' hence Oath Takers are bound by said oath to disobey. National Guards have come out and stated the Presidents' order is unconstitutional.
