This was exactly what I imagined, except adding - spraying all the people I come into contact with as well. You get a spray and you get a spray!

My ENT, years ago, showed me how to remove the spray nozzle off a 3oz y bottle of Saline and squirt a stream of Afrin into it. Replace the nozzle and use a few times a day if necessary, no rebound. I’ve been doing this at bedtime for 20 years and my GP says it’s very safe.
