I'm suddenly remembering that when Texas had those horrible floods that took the lives of many young girls, Illinois sent aid. The people of Illinois stepped up to help Texas. I know I shouldn't expect much, but maybe Texas should remember that.

Good People stand with others even though they could turn their backs. Texas barely help themselves in times of need. There are a lot of good people who deserve better. My problem is U still need 2 stand up 4 yourself. U should've Handled Abbott n Administration by now. Country over Party People!!😏😒

Texas under Abbott and Paxton has no sense of gratitude, or even decency. Those NG soldiers know they're expected to begin the shooting in a second civil war, which is the biggest breach possible of the constitution they're sworn to defend. Don't mess with Texas? How about "don't annoy Illinois"?
