Many of us do. We're just called terrorists and extremists when we do, so you don't hear about us.
I'm not talking about regular people. Im talking about elected officials.
That's because the elected officials *are* the problem. The only way you're going to have a solution is if you take action yourself.
I mostly agree, except this is a post about elected officials and their corruption. It's about acknowledging the problem, which a lot of people are still figuring out. This isn't a post about solutions. A lot of people are not there yet, but more people are getting there.
There's little good that comes from acknowledging the problem unless something is done about it, and they're not about to start policing themselves, no matter how much they spout about it to their voters.
People will not do anything about a problem if they don't acknowledge a problem in the first place. People will not police their elected officials, their bosses, their landlords, their banks, their insurance companies...etc if they don't understand the system is rotten and WHY it is so.
