Not really, because in order to live in a luxury high rise condo downtown, I would have to gentrify a historically Black or brown neighborhood. New York City is not known for its space. They just bulldoze our century old homes and build new things that costs too much money.

I never looked into them here. I’m right outside the Chicago area, but that was never a thought to even look into…either way, I like the look of them but I don’t think I could do it.
