Immediately after signing up for a free trial or subscription or anything, I open my calendar app and put 3 days before the date it expires in so I can decide whether I want it or not. This is quick and easy and very effective for me.

Same!! I live by my calendar anyway so it works well for me. For some things I know I won’t keep after the trial, I’ll see if I can cancel right away and just finish out the trial period
