Not to take away any of the well-deserved credit to Elon Musk for being an accomplice to the stolen election. Trump (as we know) as openly admitted that Musk did something with the data in the elections and of course there is the "Vote for me (Trump) and you'll never have to vote again."

I think there was a falling out because the other people around Trump wanted Elon out of the picture and Trump to themselves, but Elon and Trump are bound together over election stealing and multiple other crimes. Elon needles Trump, but he doesn't dare offer evidence.
