Your irregularly scheduled reminder: When they play "God Bless America" in the middle of the 7th inning, you have zero obligation to stand, because it's not the national anthem. (You do have to stand for "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" because baseball reasons.)

Doff your cap, but no need to put your hand on your heart for the anthem. That is for the pledge. But do it if you want- free country and everything.
