yeah, okay i can see that. going back to heck's post, i think the people who sabotage out of ignorance, like the type you're describing, can still be allies, or at least shouldn't be dismissed. Those purposefully sabotaging tho aren't allies.

We all draw our lines. I personally consider, say, my union shop compatriots who fight for my job even as they fuck my rights by opting out of democracy, to be my allies in a lot of respects. Which is why they disappoint me so much.
