Thanks to SCOTUS & Mitch McConnell there is no penalty or consequence for POTUS not following the law or Constitution. At least not in the sense of being removed from office or convicted and jailed. I do think civil protest, work slow downs & boycotts could put on some pressure as the midterms loom
