This gives me a little hope.
This gives me a little hope.
I really love this. Thank you.
Oooh, thank you! I needed that today. 😄
It is far better then " incalcitrantion" behaviour...
I had a really messed up boyfriend who once told me he finally realized he wasn't a failure, just a late bloomer ❤️
I wish I knew this word in my 40s.
I was a very late oubaitori
Oh gosh. I was VERY slow to “bloom”. I’m starting to understand myself now that I’m old. Youth really is wasted on the young.
Love this :)
Love this!!
I swear this fits pretty darn well here.. I'm gonna go save the panda!!
My regular regular… how do you?
Good vibes! I always looked at this when I need to pick me up This is part of my arts, athletics, and educational programming that I do for kids
Beautiful
And that becomes part of my vocabulary immediately. Just gonna have to practice my pronunciation.
Sweet. This reminds me of Madeleine L'Engle’s A Wrinkle In Time. The main character’s mom is a scientist & her brother’s a genius. Her mother assures her that we all learn in our own time. That was a great comfort to me.
That remains one of my favorite books of all time. Thank you for mentioning it. I found great comfort in the way Meg's parents parented their children, all of whom were very different from one another, but all accepted and loved as they were.
That word sounds like how you would describe having phone sex with a demon through a Ouija board
This and kintsugi are fave words
somewhat related: I just did a Better Things rewatch & 1)didn't realize you're only in 1/3 of the episodes as Rich is so fully intertwined in my memory of previous watches; &2)your performance is A+++ luminous every moment you're on camera. Thank you, thank you for your part in this gift of a show.
That me ☝🏼 🥀
2 things: 1) a few are like the corpse flower. 2) some are way past their blooming and have been wilting, which is also in its own ways.
Kanji?
The Japanese have such an amazingly wonderful language. I'm writing a novel, and this is an encouraging word. Oddly enough, one of the characters speak with your voice, brother D. There are voices that I find very soothing to listen to. Yours is one. Stacy Keach. Patrick Stewart.
Looking forward to better times & a walk through the garden
Uh oh, I think I missed it.
I am glad to be introduced to this word
This is beautiful, thank you. ✨💐✨
Sadly, the closest I will come to blooming will actualize when I'm pushing up daisies.
This was I needed from the universe tonight! Thank you!
Tell that to Japanese parents planning their kids' lives from birth.
I decided to write a novel last year a few weeks before my 45th birthday. After 15 months I ended up writing 3. Whether they will get published is another story altogether, but it's an accomplishment all the same :)
Incredible!!! Well done you!
Thank you sir. Much appreciated!
I'm 62 and it feels like I'm just starting.
I was reading all of the Trump/Musk stuff and when I read this I thought of them both blooming simultaneously.
This is lovely :)
